Camping

Our campground is situated on spring-fed Toms Creek on the south side of Canyon Lake in Texas Hill Country. Limited spots are available for primitive camping. There is room for tents and a vehicle, please call Jim at (210) 771-0652 to verify the size of spot you would like. You’ll be happy to know there are bathrooms on site. We also provide Wi-Fi, firewood and even deer food. Yay!

Also EL948 has a couple of kayaks and paddle boards that may be available on a limited basis depending on the demand. If you prefer something faster, we have a 20-foot pontoon boat for rent at $750.00 for 4 hours. At this time we have 4 jet skis available for rent as well at $100.00 per ski per minimum 3 hour rental. Things to see nearby include Canyon Dam, Canyon Lake Gorge, The Heritage Museum of the Texas Hill Country, James C. Curry Nature Center, a winery, Lakeside Golf Course, Gruene Hall and the Guadalupe River, just to name a few!
